Mattioli applies a 2 years warranty for all the jewels purchased on—line through the website mattioli.it or via one of its official retailers, according to Codice del Consumo (d.lgs.206/05), articoli dal 128 al 135. The warranty covers all problems caused by manufacturing and conformity defects in the purchased products. Any problem or defect must be reported within two months from the occurrence of the malfunction. All manufacturing faults must be checked and confirmed by our Quality Control technicians.
This same warranty is applied for all the EU.

If you need assistance to change or repair a Mattioli jewel, we invite you to take your jewel to the Mattioli’s distributor where it was purchased. It is up to our retailers to contact us and to ship your jewel for a repair. For out—of—warranty interventions, our customer service will share a no—obligation quote before proceeding. After receiving and examining your jewel, we will share a no—obligation quote for any out—of—warranty repairing.
